Streets come alive with vibrant parades featuring lion dances and dragon dances, both thought to ward off evil spirits. Fireworks light up the night sky, adding an explosive celebration to the festivities.
Throughout the 15-day holiday, people visit relatives and friends, exchanging greetings and well-wishes. Lantern festivals mark the final day, where people release colorful lanterns into the sky or float them on rivers, symbolizing hope and dreams.
